  2. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. However, express shipping options may be available at an additional cost during checkout.
  3. Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  4. Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and others to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

International Shipping

  1. Availability: We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates as we work on expanding our services globally.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

  1. Delays: Occasionally, delivery times may be affected due to factors outside our control (e.g., inclement weather, national holidays, etc.). If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
  2. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. Smoke Clothing will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Issues

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at smokeclothing.in@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, including replacements or refunds where applicable.
  2. Undelivered Orders: In the rare case that your order cannot be delivered due to issues such as unavailability of the recipient or incorrect address, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, though additional shipping fees may apply.
